Autumn in Asheville
Western North Carolina has become very colorful in the past few weeks as Autumn has come into full swing. People from all over come to experience the depth and the beauty that comes with the falling of leaves. All up and down the Blue Ridge Parkway you will find breathtaking, photographic views, overlooks and places to hike. The peak of the season is the beginning of November. Everywhere from 1000 to 5000 feet in elevation has started to transform; filling the air with the crisp nostalgic smell of the season. Rolling mountains of rich colors await you!
Taste of Asheville
Asheville is known for many things from our art and music scene to our gorgeous scenery. But we are also touted for our passion & exquisite taste for food. On November 16th you have the chance to sample some of our city’s finest local provisions. With 40 different restaurants, breweries, and wineries, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. The event will be held at The Venue at 21 N. Market Street downtown. VIP tickets (early admission at 6 PM) are $100; general admission tickets (admission at 7 PM) are $75. The event ends at 9 PM.
