Saturday Breakfast with a Southern Twist

In the South, we’ve been known to eat shrimp for breakfast.  Shrimp and Grits is a Southern favorite, but this weekend we served up a modern take on the classic, a shrimp and goat cheese frittata. The savory frittata was paired with a berry crisp to honor those with a morning sweet tooth. Our guests seemed to enjoy!

This pair from Dallas, NC, snagged one of our window tables. They were in town to see the Biltmore Estate – her first visit since childhood, his first visit ever!


Hailing from Nasheville, TN, New York and beyond, many in this group were also in town to visit the Biltmore Estate on a beautiful weekend.
