Physical Accessibility Statement

Per Section 26.304 of Title III and analyses by an attorney specializing in disability issues and a North Carolina Council on Developmental Disabilities Compliance advisor, offering accessible lodging would be an undue hardship for Hill House Bed & Breakfast. The reasons are extraordinary expenses, diminished general utility of the property, and reduced historical integrity from the construction remediation that would be necessary to bring one guestroom and the common areas into compliance with the criteria established by the Americans with Disability Act.
