A cozy room with an adjacent sun-filled sitting room—Battery Park, named for the hotel (now a senior living community) across from the Grove Arcade in nearby downtown Asheville, was originally a sleeping porch and so is surrounded by windows for wonderful light and air. The suite has a queen bed, bath with a slate and glass shower, and an extra comfy daybed sofa and chair. Finished in cream colors with touches of black and lots of texture, it has a Neo-Classic flair. Battery Park can accommodate a third person.
