Hill House guest rooms are named after well-known and historic Asheville buildings. The city is one of America’s Art Deco capitals and also has its share of majestic properties, such as the Grove Park Inn and the Biltmore Estate. All rooms and suites have private baths and many have fireplaces and a Jacuzzi tub. Rates are slightly higher on holiday weekends and in October. Please note that Hill House has the best cancellation policy of any Asheville B&B. You never lose a deposit, unless we're full and can't rebook the room.
